1. Investment. Chemical industry is a capital intensified industry. As a debtor, you should consider this.
2. Special facility and equipment. What kind equipment you need? how much? Is it easy to operation and facilitate? etc.
3. Raw material. How many you want on a daily basis? Is there sufficient supply? How about transportation expenditure? Do you need special vehicle? container? or safeguard? etc.
4. Global competition. If the market is very competitive, your facility will be outdated very soon. Meaning, high risk. As a debtor, you won't want this.
5. Security.  You want your assets and your human resources to be safe.  You also need to prove that your facility won't hurt its community.  Also, the produce should in safe hand, from inventory warehouse to its business destiny.
6. International standard.  Your product needs to be high qualified.

The following two are the issues you need think about:
