Simply my own views, don't take it serious:
1) "西部普通985学校研二在读"-- What is a value of a PhD from a non top university?
2) "喜欢学校的环境，对科研，谈不上喜欢，但是不排斥吧"-- School maybe your "comfort zone", but does not mean that PhD is suitable for you (note: so far there is no evidence you are really good in research based on what you said--目前只有一篇小论文在外审中，录没录还不确定，除此之外没有其他成果 。)
3) "再加上年纪也不小了，也没男朋友...读研后交际圈缩小" --I am afraid your problems of social life will be bigger when you move on your research path
4) Are you sure you want spend three more years on pursuing a PhD, or actually you are afraid to face a job market after your Master degree?
