In my opinion(a student, have little working experience), the 4th and 6th steps might be a little bit harder to realize than the other ones since it is sometimes not up to you. Even if you are extreamly competitive and excellent, some other factors may still play an important or even decisive role in your job hunting, especially if you want to get an offer from top Investment banks on the wall street. But anyway, your have a clear career path. Just try it!!! Wish you succeed!

谢谢楼上各位朋友的鼓励：的确，通过CFA考试和进入外资金融机构都不是件容易的事！尤其是CFA考试，从CFA1开始考起，通过三级考试后，还要相关四年的工作经验才能申请CFA执业证书！我认为这是个人职业规划中最困难的一步，不过与此同时，这一步也将是实现质变的一步！

相比之下，进入外资金融机构，我认为并非难事！关键是要谋求什么样的职位，如果直接就要谋求高级职位，那的确有些困难！我认为也不符合我的实际情况！所以，我会从一般职位做起，step by step!
