About the Author
Tarika Sikarwar has been working with the Prestige Institute of Management, India, since 2006, and is Associate Professor in Finance and Specialisation Head. She received her PhD in Corporate Finance from Jiwaji University, India, 2010. She is also a management trainer and consultant, and has authored and co-authored more than 70 publications in various national and international journals, as well as several books on management.

About this book
This book links the theory of finance to the decisions related to various aspects of the financial management of an organisation. In order to provide the reader with a better understanding of the concept of finance, a theoretical guide to related terminology is included here.
