克莱顿 克里斯坦森( Clayton M. Christensen ),美国哈佛商学院著名教授,曾两次获得 “麦肯锡奖”。他的教研重心在于科技创新管理、组织能力开发,以及为高新技术寻找新市场等方面,是创新管理这门学科的创建者。克里斯坦森在管理思想领域成绩斐然,获奖无数。1997年,当《创新者的窘境》英文版出版时,克里斯坦森只是哈佛商学院的助理教授,而此书一出,就确立了他在创新技术管理领域的权威地位。由此,克里斯坦森也跻身大师级管理学者的行列。
