学习高铁梅《计量经济分析方法与建模》第10章 例10.4 研究企业投资需求模型时，试图录入数据开始出了问题，后在论坛上查找解决方案时，不断收索发现有二种录入方式最后结果是一样的，如下：

方式一

     并且发现这两种方式好象是有区别的，不能肯定，请高手帮忙解释下到底用哪一种，两种方式是不是有区别，有没有适用条件？？？？？？
