低碳经济背景下我国产业结构调整对策研究

【内容提要】“十二五”时期，我国产业结构调整，既保证经济的平稳发展，又能控制温室气体减排，具有非常重要的现实意义。本文从我国产业及内部结构、产业能源消费结构、产业节能率和产业的碳排放量等方面进行了分析，提出了在低碳经济背景下产业结构调整对策。

【英文摘要】During the period of "the twelfth five year", the adjustment of industrial structure which can not only ensure the economy steady development, but also control the emissions of green gases has an important practical significance. This paper analyses the industry stucture, industrial energy consume structure, industrial energy saving ratio and the carbon emissions. At last, it puts forward the measures of the industry structure adjustment based on the background of the low-carbon economy.
