The process of the tax unification bill is now being accelerated. Thedraft bill was officially submitted to the People¡¯s Congress to bediscussed on Saturday. The bill may get approved at the General
Meeting of the Congress in Mar 07 and start to take effect in 2H07 atearliest. The new general revenue tax will be 25% according to the current version．．．．．．．
