摘 要
进入21世纪以来，我国经济飞速发展，我国城镇居民的消费结构也发生了巨大改变，现在选取一些主要生活食物作为目标，对食品数量进行因子分析。主要运用SAS软件对所得到的数据进行分析，得出结论。
