【数据说明】包括英文s与中文c两种版本

       对于组织惯性测度研究，有学者采用量表衡量组织惯性，但国内外学者对于组织惯性理论的研究尚未成熟，量表的准确性也有待商榷，于是也有学者使用指标变量对组织惯性进行测度：邓新明等（2021）［44］、孙慧和任鸽（2020）［45］对员工规模和成立期限两指标标准化后，通过相加或取均值的方法得到组织惯性。因此，本文拟通过将员工规模、企业年龄和企业资产三个指标分别进行标准化后相加方法来衡量组织惯性，其中，拟通过企业员工总数加 1 后取自然对数测度员工规模；拟通过企业成立年限数加 1 后取自然对数测度企业年龄；拟通过年末总资产加 1 后取自然对数测度企业资产。
