献身体组成部分之法律制度研究

摘要:捐献身体组成部分是一种不同于赠与的独立的民事法律行为。本文试就这一法律行为的法律依据、性质、相关法律问题及其法律制度的构建加以论述。

Abstract: Donation of a reliquiae or an organ should be an independent lawful decision and not be treated as a common gift. This article tries to discuss the legal substratum, quality, relevant problems and the establishment of the legal system associated with such donations.
