The H-share index has declined 30.4% year-to-date on a deteriorating global economic outlook concerns about China’s growth. Many China shares have been hit hard on growth and margin pressure concerns. Poor equity market performance has also brought down valuations, which may facilitate M&A activities previously stalled on high pricing .
