The sales of newly constructed single-family homes took a drastic dip last month, falling 44.8% from December 2007. The median price of a new home fell to $206,500 in December, a 9.3% drop from $227,700 in December 2007.

What does a new home priced in that range look like? Here are four newly-constructed houses that sold in the past two months, courtesy of Zillow.com:

This property at 1102 Renee Drive in Christiana, Tenn., sold for $205,000 on December 17. The 2,118-square-foot house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Located at 19930 S Plantation in Porter, Texas, this four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath house sold for $206,000 on December 9. The 2,820-square-foot house sits on a 17,990-square-foot lot. It has a game room and granite counters in the kitchen.

This house at 8901 W. Morgan Avenue in Milwaukee sold for $205,000 on December 3. The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom house is on an 8,800-square-foot lot.

Located at 9601 Mortensen Drive in Lincoln, Neb., this property sold for $250,000 on December 30. The house has three bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms."
