我个人觉得，首先看几个最重要的数据，净资产，净利润，资产负债率这些，然后根据这个公司的特征再去有针对的看一些指标，比如，如果是个零售类的公司，则要看他的存货周转率等，再看这些数据的同时不要仅仅只看报表里的，还要看相关的附注。

我也不是很懂，算是抛砖引玉吧！

it depends what things you would like to look at. the basic things that you need to look at are:

1) profit and loss account 損益表

2) balance sheet資產負債表

3) cash flow statement 現金流量表

The above will give you basic ideas what's the status/performance of a company.
