In this paper, multivariate spatial autoregressive model of local public expenditure determination is developed. The empirical model is developed based on maximization of community utility function. The model is estimate by efficient GMM using Appalachian counties and the results indicate significant spatial spillover effects with respect to local public expenditures.

本文提出了确定地方公共支出的多元空间自回归模型。在社区效用函数最大化的基础上建立了经验模型。利用阿巴拉契亚地区的有效GMM对该模型进行了估计，结果表明，在地方公共支出方面存在显著的空间溢出效应。
