| 【中文摘要】 | 资源型城市的发展问题一直是人们关注的一个重点问题。建国以来50多年的大规模开发,我国资源型城市相继进入成熟期和衰退期。特别是近10年,随着能源危机和环境压力的日益加剧,资源型城市的发展面临越来越严峻的挑战。资源型城市如何度过经济转型期,实现产业结构的优化与升级,是迫切需要解决的问题。我国中部地区资源型城市众多,随着中部崛起战略的逐步实施,中部地区资源型城市的转型是否成功,直接关系着资源型城市社会经济能否获得可持续的发展,也决定了中部地区是否能够实现真正的崛起。 本文以江西省萍乡市为例,首先利用传统的标准结构对萍乡市进行产业结构评价,在结果不能真实反映萍乡市产业结构现状的前提下,提出了灰色关联评价模型,并利用此模型对萍乡市及中部地区主要煤炭资源型城市进行产业结构... |
