As economic globalization continue to develop, the influence of world economy on China's stock market is increasing. About a month ago, S&P cut U.S. ratings outlook to negative, the Shanghai composite index fell 1.91%. And yesterday, the Shanghai composite index fell 2.93% and closed at its lowest level in three months.
But the role of world economy apparently lies in negative aspect. It's hard to see China's stock market advancing in response to good news.

well,here is my problem: i can understand most of the recent articles,but when it comes to ask me to write down some of my opinions, it seems so hard。。。  from now on, no matter how bad or how much mistake i make, i will try to write down something and stick to this plan!
Chinese market also didnt perform well due to the factors that this arctical brings up, then what should investors do? Is it an oppotunity or is it just the begining of another crisis?we have faith in our economy, but to the globle finance,  it doesnt seem to give us more surprise,and as the correlation is up to an unprecedented level,  so there are really more things that investors should consider。。。

Maybe the same story happen in China today.The Shanghai Composite Index fell to 2767.61，a 6.96 percent decliner today. Most Chinese investors sold their stocks in the morning which leads to the continuing decliner. But what more important is why. Why the equity market could not raise above 3500? Personally speaking, the investment did not leads to the develop of economy for that the profits still focus on the household but not the more important sector, the agriculture. The drought in Hubei and Hunan, the flood in Guangdong may cause an increase of agricultural products this September which might leads to another time of inflation.
