Greek Prime Minister called for a national referendum that Greece should get bankrupt, but Finance Minister declined this proposal and finally the referendum was cancelled. The situation in Greece and Italy are really serious. Italian Prime Minister Berlusconi declined the bailout from IMF. Entangled by sexual scandal, economic crisis and the delayed release of his 3rd love song video, Berlusconi said he would not resign. G20 summit didn't bring about bailout outside Europe . Euro depreciated against the US dollars and the share prices in Europe kept falling in the last two weeks.
In USA, the late November is coming, but the details of the $1.5 trillion deficit cut have not come out. Investors pin their hopes on the next election for good policies although share prices rebounced a little last week. Fortunately, there are some major earnings in USA, especially in retail and media industry.
China's PMI decreased 0.8% month on month in October to 50.4%, very near to 50%, indicating that China's economy is slowing down.
The overall outlook is not so optimistic as to the global market.
