  手术过程包括清扫从下颌骨到锁骨下的同侧淋巴结，从胸骨舌
骨肌、舌骨、对侧的二腹肌前腹外侧缘到斜方肌前缘，包括 I 到 VI
区所有淋巴结，副神经，颈内静脉以及周围的软组织（一般保留经
总动脉、颈内动脉、颈外动脉、迷走神经、膈神经、舌下神经及舌
