1. 创建 Panel Work File 在创建文件窗口的Workfile structure type里选择Balanced Panel。 前提是你的数据是Balanced Panel Data. 在frequency里，选择是年，月，季等数据特征 填入开始和结束日期 填入cross-sectional unit 的个数 确认好后，按OK 如图：

2. 新的workfile 创立后，就会有个对话窗口出现。注意Range: " 1970Q1 2000Q4X5--620 "。 说明创建成功。 如图：

3. 把数据从Excel导入到EViews 5 点击Proc的里Import-Read Text-Lotus-Excel 按照一般导入数据到EViews 的方法，就可以把数据导入进去了 如图：
