not for this file, but as a common tip to share with you guys,

Some nonprintable pdf can be converted to printable pdf:

1. download pdf convertion tool - do a google search cdf (e.g cutepdf), after installation, you will see it as a printer
2. use ps reader (e.g. gview) to open the file
3. print the file to the pdf printer installed at step 1.

The resultant pdf file is much bigger - since it is image.
