找到了成功激活2008a 的方法，已经试过并成功安装使用了。  顺便引用个emule的下载地址（谢谢我们论坛里的达人）：

we offer you two ways to license matlab r2008a:

standalone
1) choose "install manually without using the internet"
2) enter the "file installation key"

3) use "license_standalone.dat" when asked for license file

network
1) choose "install manually without using the internet"
2) enter the "file installation key"
11111-11111-11111-00770
3) if neccessary install "license manager 11.4"
4) use "license_server.dat" when asked for license file
