SAS软件的ZINB模型输出结果出现单独的小数点是什么意思

建立ZINB模型进行数据分析，结果中出现了单独的小数点，用ZIP模型没有小数点，这是为什么？刚接触SAS,很多都不懂，求解，谢谢

why gives missing value here?
Think about this: DF = 0 means no degree of freedom for the estimate. and you know, constant is not able to change with no standard error.
