“I suspect this is a result of trying to include dates on the Excel file, which RATS isn't going to be able to process in the case of panel data. Eliminating the column of dates on the Excel file should resolve the problem.”

“Glad to be of help. Adding support for properly processing "panel" dates on spreadsheet files is on our "to do" list, so it should appear in a future update."
