Ageing population requires to build a age-friendly workplace environment with more flexible arrangement and opportunities of training and education. There're a series of campaigns in North America and the EU. In recent year, social environment had been improved, such as lower rate of experiencing age discrimination. The main challenges are early retirement (leave before the eligible retirement age) and reengagement (back to labour market). The growth of ageing population results in the extension of retirement age and huge demands of healthcare services.
