No, the highest commitment has no problem and has shown up in Textbook (not note). there is no violation for this problem for sure.

And regarding the discussion of CFA exam, since there is no detailed disclosure of the content, plus the opinion that the exam problems are out-dated is ok, he didn't impair the reputation of CFA Institute. You have enough freedom to make comment on many things.

支持，我也选得没有违反，毕竟考试大纲是公开的，任何人都可以看。考题才是CFA的财产和机密。仅仅就考试内容（不以具体的考试题）为主题进行探讨不违反。
