I want to use the Montevar.PRg in Winrats 6.1 to do the Blanchard and Quah (1989) structural decomposition. I have tried many days to modify the montevar.prg to do my work but i faild.

I have read all the documents attached with Winrats but Still blur with the principle behind it.

May I ask you How to adjust the MONTEVAR.PRG in Winrats 6.1 to do Blanchard and Quah decomposition Thank you !!!!!!!
