【内容提要】本文使用2001-2007年中国工业行业的面板数据和高度细化的进口数据，考察垂直专业化对内资企业生产率的影响。在运用DEA-SBM模型估算中国全部企业、外资企业和内资企业的全要素生产率(TFP)指数的基础上，分析垂直专业化和全要素生产率指数的关系，我们发现中国并没有明显获得垂直专业化分工的技术溢出效应，而中国的技术升级却在很大程度上受制于跨国公司的生产和出口网络。

【英文摘要】This paper uses the of panel data of Chinese industrial sector analysis the relation between the vertical specialization and TFP on 2001-2007. And the author uses the DEA-SBM model to estimate total factor productivity(TFP)index of the overall, foreign-invested enterprises and domestic enterprises, the author finds that China does not received technology spillover effects of vertical specialization, to a large extent Chinese technological upgrading depend on the production and export networks.
