Our Trainee Program aims to develop individuals for future entry level management positions and deliver quality and service consistent with our brand image. It is expected that the successful associate will progress to the level of supervisory role within three years.  

Major Responsibilities:

• Working with experienced Sales personnel, spending time in learning product knowledge, selling skills and day-to-day store operations.
• Working with an experienced Store Manager and through intensive learning, challenging work assignments and coaching, you will learn merchandising, promotion, inventory and other leadership soft skills.
• Provide high quality customer services consistent with our brand image and assist in achieving business sales target.
• Undergo extensive training, both on-the-job and company training programs in the aspects of management to assume a supervisory role in management.

Requirements & Capabilities:

• University graduate and above
• Good command of English, French or any additional language is prior.
• Strong interest in luxury industry
• Initiative, enthusiastic, customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Self-driven and eager to have self development
• Highly flexible, willing to relocate and work flexible hours
