【内容提要】实证研究结果表明，粮食产量和价格波动会相互影响，但产量的变化对价格的变化存在着滞后效应，而且产量变化对价格变化的影响要大于价格变化对产量变化的影响。从维护国家粮食安全的角度出发，应采取措施，促进粮食持续稳定增长和价格的相对稳定。

【英文摘要】The results of empirical research show that grain output and price fluctuation affect each other, but the change in grain output has the lagging effect on the change in price. Moreover, the influence of the change in output on the change in price is bigger than the influence of the change in price on the change in output. Therefore from the perspective of national grain security, measures should be taken to promote the sustainable increase of grain and the relative stability of price.
