关于信度问题 这是我在MISQ上看到的文章,看了半天没看懂。 rXY = rTx,Ty(rxx ryy)1/2 where rXY is the observed correlation between two variables X and Y, rTx,Ty is the correlation between the true scores of the variables, and rxx and ryy are the reliability coefficients for X and Y. Any reliability coefficient less than 1.0 attenuates the observed correlation between two variables due to imperfect measurement (Caruso 2000; Hunter and Schmidt 2004). For example, if two correlated variables have reliabilities of .8, then the observed correlation is reduced by 20 percent. For two variables with a true correlation of .5 and a shared variance of 25 percent, the observed correlation would be .4 with a shared variance of 16 percent (for further discussion, see Hunter and Schmidt 2004).
