“新冠肺炎疫情相关经济问题专题”快审流程
Frontiers of Economics in China (《中国经济学前沿》,简称FEC)诚邀新冠疫情相关经济问题的稿件以供快速出版。鉴于疫情的迅速蔓延及其对全球经济体产生的重大影响,该领域的研究成果若能迅速出版和传播将对于政府、企业和个人决策至关重要。在这段有限的时期里,FEC将针对疫情相关经济问题的稿件采用快审流程。具体如下:
 
l  我们确保在投稿60天内作出审稿决定。
l  审稿决定只有两类:录用(或需小改)或拒稿。这将确保作者无需经历漫长的修改过程。
l  录用稿件将于2021年12月(第4期)出版。
 
要进入快审通道的稿件需于2021年5月15日前投稿,主题必须是新冠疫情相关的经济问题。理论或实证稿件均可,且不局限于中国。

Expedited Review Process for Manuscripts on
Economic Issues of the COVID-19 Pandemic
 
The Frontiers of Economics in China  invite ssubmissions of manuscripts on economic issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic for expedited publication.  Given the rapid evolution of the pandemic and its impact on the economies around the world, it is important that research findings in this area are published and disseminated promptly to inform decision-making by governments, firms and individuals. Therefore, for a limited time only, the FEC  will adopt an expedited review process for manuscripts on economic issues related to the pandemic. Specifically,
·      The journal willguarantee a decision on each manuscript within 60 days of submission.
·      There will be onlytwo categories of decisions: accept (possibly with minor revisions) or reject. Thiswill ensure that authors will not be made to go through lengthy revisionprocesses. 
·      Accepted manuscriptswill be published in the December 2021 issue.  
To be eligible for the expedited review process, a manuscript must be submitted before May 15, 2021, and it must be about economic issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The topic can be empirical or theoretical, and it does not have to be related to China.

Frontiers of Economics in China (FEC) is adouble-blind peer-reviewed journal published by Higher Education Press (HEP) and edited at the Institute for Advanced Research (IAR), Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE). Issued quarterly and distributed worldwide, it is available both online and in hard-copy.
