Q:
1. If I do not need the membership services during the following year, since I will still be a student, can I not pay for the membership fee for the following year(2010-2011)? Will this unpaid year affect the procedure to get certificated FRM? And if I want to pay the membership fee for the year after the following year (2011-2012), must I repaid the unpaid 2010-2011 fee?
2. If I do not pay the membership fee for the following three years(2010-2012), but I am expected to get FRM certificate in 2013, with 2 years working experience, do I only need to pay the membership fee for the year 2012-2013, for getting the certificate?
A:
