碳中和1997-2019全国30省份分行业按门类能源消费碳排放数据：煤炭天然气生物燃料等CO2

中国国家统计局致力于提高统计数据的时效性和准确性，近期发布了《中国能源统计年鉴2020》，并在《中国能源统计年鉴2019》中，根据第四次全国经济普查的结果对2014年以来的能源消费数据进行了修订。据此，近日CEADs团队在Earth’s Future发文《Assessment to China's recent emission pattern shifts》，核算中国31省份2014-2019年能源与二氧化碳排放清单，其中包括依据国家统计局最新修订的能源活动水平数据而更新的国家级2014-2017排放清单。此次更新的排放清单延续了之前的核算方法和口径，涵盖47个社会经济部门，17种化石燃料燃烧与水泥生产相关过程排放。

    研究结果显示中国碳排放总量在2013年前后出现阶段性峰值后持续高位波动，并在2019年达到98亿吨左右。根据《中华人民共和国2020年国民经济和社会发展统计公报》的数据初步估算表明，全国2020年碳排放或将增长至99.3亿吨，预计比2019年增加了1.4%，新冠疫情后的经济恢复带动了2020年碳排放总量的持续增加。分部门排放清单显示，大部分碳排放源于六大高耗能行业。范围二核算将净购入使用电力热力产生的间接排放重新分配给消费者。二者相结合的核算清单提供了一个综合的评价视角。在省级层面，由于各地区之间错综复杂的电热供需关系，各省的综合排放清单显示出更大的异质性。核算结果显示，中国在2015年《中共中央国务院关于加快推进生态文明建设的意见》中设定的2020年的碳排放强度下降40-45%的目标已提前实现。但中国仍处于工业化和城市化进程中，在实现2030碳达峰与2060碳中和目标的道路上仍面临一系列的挑战。
