中准转不了英准吧。。据我所知。。还有一门CT9，而且不是考试过的，要有相关经验。、。、
还有CA2和CA3.。都不是考试能过的。。

好像不能转吧，只有某些科目可以转SOA

理论上有这个可能

中、英精算师协会在相互认可彼此考试体系基础上，就准精算师资格考试课程相互认可达成共识。备忘录主要内容是：取得中国准精算师资格者，可以直接转换英国准精算师考试基础技能课程（CT1至CT8）8门课程和基础应用课程CA1。如果想取得英国精算技能证书，只需另外加考通过CT9课程1 门；如果想取得英国准精算师资格，只要另外通过英国准精算师基础应用课程2门（CA2和CA3）和基础技能课程1门（CT9），并具备英国精算师协会所要求的相关一年工作经验及参加为期1天的职业道德培训后，即可获得英国准精算师资格。取得英国准精算师资格者，可以直接转换中国准精算师全部课程。
