Assessing developers' risks of
missing sales target

2011 is a year of differentiation among the Chinese developers
Looking at Chinese developers’ latest monthly contracted sales data and their YTD
sales target hit-rates, we find very different sales performances among the
developers. Some have achieved YTD sales and hit-rates that are even stronger
than 2009 and 2010, while some have hit-rates that are worse than 2008.
