1. Re-set regional and language settings for your PC
a. Click Start>Settings>Control Panel>Regional and Language Options.
b. Under Regional Options tab>Standards and Formats, select
.
c. Under Languages tab>Supplemental language support, select the
"Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages"
check box for Thai, Arabic, Hebrew, and so on.
d. Under Languages tab>Supplemental language support, select the
"Install files for east Asian languages" check box.
You may need request reboot now but you can wait for next step finished.
d. Under Advanced tab>Language for Non-unicode programs, select
Chinese (PRC) if it's simplified Chinese; select Chinese (Taiwan) if it's traditional Chinese
f. click OK and reboot.
e. Go to Start-->SAS-->SAS 9.2 (Additional Language) --> Select Chinese SAS to start. Then you will get SAS editor supporting Chinese characters.
