如果公司视员工为资本，那么工资就可以看成是资本的折旧。既然是折旧，那么应该是不变的，至少应保持一个相对稳定的水平。只有当公司利润增长时，我们才会去思考改变折旧方式为加速折旧，可以减少税收。

如果公司视员工为根本，那么公司注重的不只是薪酬这么简单了，期权、员工归宿感等都在考虑之列。

应该说，一个企业对员工的态度不只一种，对不同员工应该有不同的态度来对待。

From my point of view , i don't think raise salaries and cut down bonus is a good way to make Wall Street‘s companies grow better and robuster . Low wages and high bonus can inspire staff enthusiasm ,nevertheless , it may cost a higher pay than the method mentioned in the article .
If the companies set a higher level of salaries and cut down the bonus ,i think it will increase the employee loyalty , but i don't optimistic about its role in the companies' performance .

beacause of the wall street compansation mechanism, and the fierce competion among the wall street staffs, it seems the only way that campanies and banks to layoff  low-performing employees to cut their costs sustaining the high bonuses and competive.

本文以炒鱿鱼开始谈，谈到工资和分红的取舍问题。往深层次里想想，这里更重要的其实是相应的公司的成本和收益结构的变化问题，有的公司的外部坏境依旧向好，工资和分红的问题对他们来说没什么大的问题，但是对于部分行业，比如说银行，他们就存在很大的问题了，这一年多的财政危机，宽松政策，让他们的业绩大大降低。另外说到投资公司，他们的收益来自投资，银行业是个很大的投资行业，由于银行业的不利，投资公司的收益必然出现不确定性，自然出现现在这些问题了。

另外还要思考的问题：这次的裁员后的员工去哪里？虽然他们大都是有能力的，但是现在的失业率居高不下的情况下，他们将归纳到哪一个部分，会不会对美国的政策产生影响。

说说其他的一点：美国投行的利益下降，我认为还有中国的原因，缓慢性政策真的是让那些投机的吃了大亏！！哈哈....
