Excuse me,I have a question about Individual membership,I wonder if you could help me out.
I have passed both Part I and Part II of the FRM Exam, but I havn't submitted my CV/Resume yet,and I noted that my Individual membership is due to expire in 5 days.So my question is : do I need be an Individual member until I get the FRM designation? In other words,do I need be an Individual member until I have met the two year work experience requirement and received notification that my CV/Resume submission for my FRM Certificate has been reviewed and is complete?Thank you very much.
Sincerely yours,
XXX XX

Dear XX,
Congratulations on passing the FRM examination. While we do not currently require
continued dues paying membership to obtain, or to continue to use your designation,
you should know that the GARP Board of Trustees is currently reviewing this issue
And we anticipate a change in this policy. I am attaching a link to our official
Statement regarding the matter and encourage you to read it.
Maintaining dues paying membership will entitle you to continue receiving the
GARP Risk Review magazine, to receive substantial discounts on event registrations,
And up to 30% discount on most products in the GARP Digital Library.
For your convenience, here is a link to the membership page as well:
I hope you will consider maintaining your membership. Your support is important
to our continued efforts to promote the FRM designation
