这次报二级报了两次，都没成功，发票上面显示UNPAID,不过我的信用卡的2笔350美金都被冻结了，打银行客服说是预授权状态，支付页面显示的错误信息是：

我确定这个安全码我输的是正确的

有谁碰到过这样的情况么，应该如何解决？如何联系GARP解决这个问题。非常感谢
