一般人，没人想着结婚就是为了离婚，以后搞房子的吧。
尤其是对有学历的女性来说。

女人就是要经济独立

这个政策挺好的   充分体现男女平等

对男女都不错，男人的腰板直了，女人也理智了

不同的人，看法自然不同。

婚姻一定要建立在感情上那才有意义，  有些女人喜欢拿自己做家务，打理家事，陪睡当婚姻付出的成本，这个成本=佣人+妓女，对男人来说这两样不具备竞争力，而男人赚的钱对女人可是非常有竞争力的。所以要么谈感情，要么谈钱，别拿家务这些东西当谈资。

我本科在上海读的，好几个女同学都找了上海男生当男友，以后真的结婚了，户口，房子都有了。

是啊，现在的女人拜金主义太强了，是该遏制其进一步发展了，真希望该婚姻法能够帮助净化社会习气。

即使法律如此，如果离婚，男人也要多照顾女方一些，毕竟社会角色不同，婚后财富是共同拥有的.....

有点一刀切了，离婚后应该给予一定的补偿，可以不分房子，但是总不能让女方流落街头吧，适当的补偿还是要得。

疑问：现在夫妻双方一起买房，就算双方是真心的，那么一起登记时也必然有所顾虑，万一要是离了呢？没登记的一方岂不是亏了，双方或多或少会顾虑这个问题吧！这个该怎么解决呢？

这东西本就像门一样，防君子不防小人的东西。。。。本来是层御寒保暖的衣物，却看得比身体还重要，不可笑吗？

Most womne after married will have kid(s), even though only one child now, which puts lots of extra work on women's shoulder.  Traditionally, the same job/responsibility women get paid lower than men.  In other words, women is almost underpaid with the same work load.  Naturally, mom take more responsiblities on their kids because natural bond which can not be measured by $$.  It is hard to say this new law is really promote the equalization between man and woman but a easy solution from legal point of view - to make divorce case easier and less argument.  From this prospective, I (personally) do not like this new law... the consequences of this new marriage law need to be deeply thought and discussed.
