My name is fisher. I workinga finance team so i would like to talk about this structure of a finance teambecause i'm familiar with it. Usually a finance team will be divided into twoparts, One is accounting team, the other is FP&A team, Now let's talk aboutcounting team first, In an accounting team there are four positions, Cashier ARAP and GL, For the cashier,  He/shefocuses on cash. Including the cash in a safe and in the bank account. For the AR,AR stands for accounts receivable, When we sell goods to our customers and ARwill Bill invoices and do the booking. For the AP, AP stands for accountspayable, When we buy material from our suppliers, AP will receive invoices andto the booking, For GL,GL stands for general ledger, GL accountant mainly hasfour duties, Expense cost reporting and tax, He/she has to allocate differentexpenses into different accounts .Also he/she has to calculate the sales andcost. Meanwhile he has to prepare the reporting such as, Balance sheetand income statement, And finally he/she has to do the tax declaration, That'sall for accounting team. now let's talk about FP&A team. FP&A is ashort form it stands for Finance planning and analysis, This team takes theresponsibility for cost analysis, sales analysis, forecast, budget andplanning。
