       企业经过改革开放三十年的发展，已成为中国经济发展的一支重要力量。但经济危机爆发后，一些沿海企业纷纷倒闭，企业的生存环境面临挑战。企业该如何生存和发展，成为了一个引人注目的话题。而企业如何通过实施精益六西格玛战略来帮助其转型，是一项值得探讨的重要课题。 “制”领升级，精益转型 2011中国精益六西格玛高峰论坛，由复旦大学管理学院主办，精益六西格玛委员会承办。峰会旨在加强与国内外优秀的精益六西格玛实战企业家、专业领域专家学者和致力于精益六西格玛研究的精英学子的交流联系及促进精益六西格玛在企业运营中的深入推广。本届峰会将关注精益六西格玛在制造业和服务业的广泛应用。融合专家演讲和互动讨论。专家演讲将聚集各企业高管及资深精益专家分享前沿热点话题和最佳实践成果。

       After thirty years Implementation of reform and opening up policy, development of small and medium enterprises has become an important force for economic development. But as a result of the economic crisis, lots of SMEs have closed down. SMEs have to face the challenge of living environment. So how can SMEs survive and develop becomes a compelling topic, and how to implement Lean Six Sigma strategies in SMEs to help their transition also becomes an important issue worth exploring. Making leads updating, lean to transform – 2011 China Lean Six Sigma Summit will be hosted by the School of Management of Fudan University and Shanghai Managerial Science Society. On the summit, we aim at strengthening exchange between good Six Sigma actual entrepreneurs at home and abroad and the professional experts in the field of academics and the elite students who is committed to Lean Six Sigma research. This summit will include two sessions: expert speech and interactive discussion. The expert speech will discuss the hot topics and share best practices from top executives and lean six sigma experts.

余锋 William Yu 英格索兰安防集团亚太区总裁， 精益六西格玛委员会理事长。著名实战派企业管理专家，在市场营销、工厂运营、销售及售后服务领域，拥有着20多年的实践经验。余锋先生还在美国和新加坡工作过多年，这些跨文化的工作经历，贯通中西的视野，帮助他在企业战略规划，运营管理，市场营销和供应链管理方面积累了丰富的经验．同时，余锋先生创造性地将精益六西格玛管理理念，从制造领域拓展到市场， 销售，新产品开发，新市场开拓， 创新及售后服务等领域。 Founder and Chairman of Lean Six Sigma Institute. 梁纶聪 Larry Liang华硕集团亚旭电子总经理特别助理兼管理总部副总。具有二十年的中国大陆及美国公司高阶管理的经验以及十年的财务管理经验。在新公司的设立，新工厂的创建，到各项管理制度的建立与任务的执行，预算及成本控制，员工管理，各级ZF部门关系维护方面等具有丰富的时间经历。Mr. Liang is the vice president of Management Headquarters of ASKEY, ASUS and the special assistant of its general manager. He has 20 years working experience over senior management of China Mainland and American enterprise and 10 years experience over financial management.
  孙永明 Simon Sun ABB（天津）开关厂运营经理，曾任职Vishay（威世），Danfoss （丹佛斯）等公司， 历经质量及流程优化经理，中国区变革经理，亚太区高级运营顾问，物流与供应链经理，运营经理，厂长，总经理等多个岗位。10年精益学习与实践，涉及工厂标准化管理，连续流的建立，TPM，精益物流与项目管理和精益六西格玛分销等。实践中打造改善团队，建立精益示范工厂和持续改善文化，培养改善人才，提升组织核心竞争力。 Operational Manager of ABB（Tianjin）,15 year related working experience as higher manager in different departments as quality ,logics and so forth with companies like GM, Vishay, Danfoss ,etc. 10 year of lean management , as standardized management ,TPM,etc.  
金毅敏 Yimin Jin施耐德电气全球质量系统和技能副总裁，黑带大师。曾经就职于GE13年.曾任摩托罗拉手机集团(中国)市场营销部亚太区质量总监。拥有复旦大学材料科学的博士学位以及美国凯勒管理研究院的工商管理硕士学位。他已经辅导了很多精益六西格玛项目并取得了几千万美金的效益。 The vice president of Global Quality System , Schneider Electric, Master Black Belt of LSS, with working experience in GE for 13 years . Quality Chief Director of sales department ,Asia Pacific Region, Motorola China.  
郦宏郦宏先生曾在美国的丰田汽车公司任职，期间在日本丰田总部接受TPS的培训，并获得了生产、物流和新车型投产等多职能的经验。之后在位于底特律的福特汽车公司投资总量达二十亿美元的新厂筹建项目中任总装负责人之一，从事新厂规划、新品投产和精益能力建设等多项业务。还在奇瑞量子汽车公司担任过制造总监。在最本原的精益文化、产品研发、海外运营等各方面有着较为深入全面的研究。
