琢磨了一下，包括连享会的帖子都有问题，因为网址是错的，所以根本无法运行，
亲测后（测试成功时间：2024-11-10，0：27），给出以下修复途径：

以上 三网页 中上方测， 点击 Code（绿色下拉图标），点“Download ZIP”
下载三个压缩包（可以尝试下载到桌面，放入桌面某个文件夹后解压缩）
运行以下三条命令 （“/src” 前面位置替换成你自己的，这就不用我教学了吧）
net install ftools, from(C:/Users/Turbo_Liu/Desktop/a1/ftools-master/ftools-master/src) replace
net install reghdfe, from(C:/Users/Turbo_Liu/Desktop/a1/reghdfe-master/reghdfe-master/src) replace
net install ivreghdfe, from(C:/Users/Turbo_Liu/Desktop/a1/ivreghdfe-master/ivreghdfe-master/src) replace
