摘 要

现代物流的发展使人们的注意力从物流过渡到了供应链，汽车制造业供应链
的典型化特征使供应链管理成为当前理论界和企业界讨论的热点。本文通过对供
应链、供应链管理的概念、汽车行业供应链的模式和特点，以及汽车物流在行业
供应链管理中的作用的研究，分析了中国汽车行业应该采用的物流模式。探讨物
流系统优化与供应链的关系，论述汽车物流系统改善的基本方法。强调汽车产品
制造厂掌握对供应链控制力的重要性。
