这本是麻省理工的大老写的《公司治理》，国内也翻成《公司理财》。浅显易懂，公司理财融合了会计知识和金融知识，相对来说比较容易学。难学的是mm模型，易学的是股票定价模型，学了之后对炒股可能有点用处。。不过这模型只在美国有用，国内就排不上用场了。。。
