1 、对了  昨天还忘了提一个牛人  王平     圣路易斯华盛顿大学经济系讲座教授，是个台湾人  前几年当系主任，挖来一堆大牛人 比如 Michele Boldrin，steve  willamson, david  levine 等等

他专长宏观经济学、经济增长、经济发展、区域与城市经济学。

他在区域经济学的两份主要杂志 Regional Science and Urban Economics以及 Journal of Urban Economics上发表了大量文章

可以看看 Selected Publications 和 Working Papers ，他是个相当高产的研究者

2） 查一下区域经济学的两份主要杂志 Regional Science and Urban Economics以及 Journal of Urban Economics 编委会成员，我估计应该包括了这个学科的大部分前沿研究者


3） 前面你说到区域经济学手册20年了，其实第四卷是2004年出版的，不算太久。
