     一、食品卫生监督管理的概念       1.食品卫生监督(Food hygiene supervision)        是为了保证食品卫生，防止食品污染和有害因素对人体的危害，保障人民身体健康，增强体质，由法定的卫生行政部门在管辖范围内依据食品卫生法及其相应的法规对食品生产、储存、运输、销售等过程的卫生执法活动。(for the purpose of ensuring food hygiene, preventing food contamination and harmful substances from injuring human health, safeguarding the health of the people and improving their physical fitness )
