Mobile User Survey: Chinese Telcos in the Eyes of Consumers
Our consumer survey shows strong CM positioning and industry growth
potential — We conducted a mobile user survey in China – with a sample size of
1,200 respondents evenly distributed in six cities – to derive insights into the relative
competitive positioning and perceived service quality among Chinese telcos. The
survey findings affirm our preference for CM among Chinese telcos. CM maintains
significant advantages in perceived service quality and consumer preference, even
