Actually when you successfully registered for FRM exams, you must have inadvertently ticked an option saying that in future times, you would authorize GARP to automatically renew your membership via your previously paid debit/credit card.
我确定当年没有选这个选项，因为我是发传真过去交费的，可是第二年还是被GARP试图扣钱，不过庆幸的是，当时我的信用卡刚好在前2个月过期，于是幸免遇难……
